What can we say? Michael F. has been on fire this season! He followed up his 32 from a couple of weeks ago with a 31 this week. It's great to see him reap the benefits of all the work he puts into his game. Congratulations, Michael!
Congratulations to Mylie T., who shot a 39 this week, her lowest of the season. Mylie works hard on her game and it's paying off. Keep it up, Mylie!
Congratulations to Hayden H., who shot 36 this week. Hayden's scores have been coming down all season, and there's good things on the horizon for him. Great job!
Congratulations to Christian P., who shot a 43 this week. Christian takes his game seriously, and is one of the most consistent golfers in the league, despite being one of the youngest. Keep it up, Christian!
Players of the Week - February 3
Congratulations to Ryan P., who shot a 38 this week. Ryan’s hard work and maturity level has continued to pay off with lower scores each week. We’ve recently been working on the mental side and focus, and since then each week Ryan has continued to lower his scores.
Congratulations to Kylie H., who continues to shine with a score of 39 this week. After struggling a bit with the driver, she is getting it together in a big way. Congratulations Ky, on taking it low!
Congratulations to Brady H., who continues to lower his scores each week. Brady finished with a 44 this week, his lowest league score to date. Brady has such a great attitude and is always encouraging his playing partners. Way to go, Brady!

Congratulations to Michael F., who shot a 4-under 32 this week, the lowest score this season in the junior league. Michael has been working hard on his game and it's paying off for him. Great job!
Congratulations to Jess B. Jess was on fire this week, shooting a 35 for her round, the lowest of the junior ladies and a personal best. Keep up the great work, Jess!
Congratulations to Christian P. Christian is one of our younger junior golfers and shot 48 this week, the lowest of his group and his lowest score this season. Let's keep it going, Christian!

Tom Poturica Memorial Program/Scholarship
A friend of the Academy, Tom Poturica, age 71, passed away peacefully on October 1st, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. A life long golfer, Tom valued the time spent on the course with his family and friends. He inherited his love of the game of golf from his dad and passed it on to his son. He valued the many friendships he gained during his many years on the golf course.
Tom received a music scholarship to attend Padua High School, which allowed many doors to open for him. He was grateful for the opportunities the scholarship provided to him. It would mean so much to Tom to provide access to young people interested in the game of golf through use of a scholarship.
